Not yet — Verified is in a pre-launch waitlist phase while we finish the legal and product review. Everything on this page describes what the tier includes at launch. Joining the waitlist is free, takes one form, and commits you to nothing: when Verified opens we email you, you decide then. Pricing is from £149/month.

Right now your factsheet is built only from public records and your own website — we have no way to know which bio you'd want to show, or where to send a patient who wants to book. Verified gives you the keys to your own page, plus a transparent trust signal that says “the clinic stands behind this.”

Yes — any clinic listed on Unmist can join Verified once it opens. Where someone on the Unmist team works at, owns, or has another professional connection with a clinic, we say so on that clinic’s page, and its listing follows exactly the same rules as every other clinic. No. Categorically no. Results stay alphabetical or by distance regardless of who pays. The badge is visible inline but it does not move you up the list. We sell tools and transparency, not position — that's the whole reason patients use us.

You edit: clinic bio, team members and their qualifications, treatment list and branded devices, your “Book a consultation” URL, and a short verified statement. You cannot edit: GMC / GDC / NMC register entries, the official CQC register link, or a Save Face listing — a clinic cannot change those public-register findings. Patients see when each fact was last checked.

The Verified tier lets you display voluntary memberships of recognised UK professional bodies: Save Face, BCAM (British College of Aesthetic Medicine), JCCP (Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners), BAAPS and BAPRAS (plastic surgery), BAD and BSDS (dermatology), BCDA, BACD and ADI (dental), RCS England / Edinburgh, RSM, BMLA (medical laser), ACE Group (complications), and others. Each renders with a one-tap link to the body's own register so patients can verify independently. These are explicitly labelled as voluntary memberships — distinct from the statutory regulators (CQC / GMC / GDC) above — so we never imply equivalence.

Not yet. Photos (especially before/after) carry meaningful legal restrictions under the ASA/CAP Code, MHRA prescription-only-medicines rules, and GDPR for any identifiable person. We'd rather ship that feature properly — with explicit consent collection and a moderation step — than rush it. Booking-CTA + bio + team is the v1 Verified scope; photos arrive in a later release.

Verified is not yet on sale. Before payment, the checkout will show the total price, the applicable VAT position and the billing terms. The payment provider will issue the available transaction receipt or invoice.

When a patient clicks the “Book a consultation” CTA we anonymously count the click only — we don't share their identity, IP, or browsing data with you. If a patient later books with you on your own booking page, the patient gave you that data directly and you are the data controller for it under UK GDPR. Unmist's role is limited to anonymous click counting (Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest); our processor disclosure is in the public Privacy notice.

Yes — the Verified Subscription Terms govern the subscription: what you get, your warranties about the content you add (accuracy, advertising-law compliance), billing and cancellation, liability and governing law. At launch, checking out via Stripe will be acceptance of those terms. Material changes are emailed to you 30 days before they take effect.

Your public-record factsheet stays online. When the subscription ends, the gold badge and clinic-authored additions are removed and the factsheet reverts to its public-record version. You can re-subscribe any time.

The from-£149/month rate covers one clinic and its factsheet. Multi-site groups and chains: pricing on request — email hello@unmist.co.uk and we'll agree a rate that fits your structure. Independent brands with separate names and ownership are separate subscriptions.

Not at launch. Verified is monthly from £149 and you can cancel at any time — so trying it for a month costs one month, nothing more. Annual pricing will be announced at launch.
